My name is Lisa Kelly & I run LK Fitness.

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Gym & Aerobics Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Boxercise Instructor, Reiki Master, Qualified Bars Practitioner(Access Consciousness), Rainbow Bridge Divination, Advanced Level in IET Healing, Advanced Level Esoteric Aura Reader, Basic & Intermediate Level Buddhic Column (land and people clearing) Qualified Culinary Artist, Beauty Therapist & Massage Therapist.

I like to work holistically working on all levels; physically, mentally & energetically. I know that this is the best strategy to get lasting results.

Full Body Sculpt Workout (Weights)

Level: Beginner to Advanced

What is it: A Fat-Burning Full Body Dumbbell Workout.

Description: This routine is designed to strengthen and tighten your whole body. These exercises will burn fat, tone muscle, and boost your metabolism. An all-over makeover which will help you lose weight & feel great.

HIIT

Level: Intermediate to Advanced (Beginners can always modify)

What it is: High Intensity Interval Training: Short Bursts of Intense Training followed by lower intensity or rest intervals.

Description: Love them or hate them, high-intensity interval training—or HIIT—workouts deliver results. This is a quick and effective workout that incinerates calories. To lose weight, you don’t always need to spend hours at the gym. If you can do high-intensity exercise – do it. Make it a priority. Study after study shows it to be more beneficial for fat loss.

Zen Yoga

Level: Beginner to Advanced

What Is it: A gentle yoga practise to release & relax the whole body.

Description: A sequence of restorative, hatha & gentle flow poses when you’re in need of a little R&R. Includes Pranayama(Breathing exercises) & Savasanah.

Level: Beginner to Advanced

What is it: A workout designed to build a strong core and glutes to match

Description: These quick, targeted moves tone your entire midsection & reshape your rear!

Yoga Flow

Level: Improvers to Advanced (Beginners can always modify)

What is it: Flow yoga is a a style that involves gracefully moving from one pose to the next whilst uniting the breath with the movement in a choreographed sequence.

Description: A series of poses that will strengthen, energize and cleanse the mind & body.

Level: Beginner to Advanced

What is it: Time efficient & effective routine that blends cardio & core specific strength exercises.

Description: It features core work and cardio moves for a little bit of everything all rolled into one fast workout. If you are stuck on time this is the one for you.

Upper Body Workout

Level: Beginner to Advanced

What is it: A workout designed to strengthen, tone & sculpt your upper body.

Description: Get the sculpted arms, shoulders & upper body you’ve always wanted with these workout classes. This routine helps to increase your upper body strength & improve your posture. A variety of body resistance & dumbbell exercises to max your results.

Core & Flex

Level: Beginner to Advanced

What is it: A 2 for 1 workout. A specific abdominal-toning & core strengthening class, which includes stretches to help release tension & unravel tightness in the body.

Description: A routine that aims to strengthen your core which means better stability and all-around better posture. Whittling your waist, strengthening your back & getting rid of the muffin top 🙁includes flexibility enhancing stretches.
