This will be for beginner level. No yoga experience necessary. The class will include Pranayama (Breathing meditations) Various Asana’s (Yoga postures) Savasana (Relaxed meditation) Please note you can do drop in or sign up for a course.

If you do not use the classes you cannot transfer it onto the next set of classes. Membership is non-transferable & non-refundable.

Age Limit: 16 with parental consent & signature.
What do I need to bring?
Yoga mat (One will be provided if you don’t)
Towel & water
What do I wear?
Anything that you are comfortable in & that you can stretch with ease
