If you do not use the classes you cannot transfer it onto the next set of classes. Membership is non-transferable & non-refundable.
Also all men are welcome to the other yoga classes

This will be for beginner level. No yoga experience necessary. The class will include breathing meditations, asana (Yoga postures) & savasana (Relaxed meditation)Age Limit: 16 with parental consent & signature.
What do I need to bring?
Yoga mat (If you have one)
Towel & water
What do I wear?
Anything that you are comfortable in & that you can stretch with ease
